Ironwood Innovations is a carpentry and remodeling business in Fairhope run by owner and craftsman Matt, who does the work himself rather than subcontracting it. Projects start with a home visit to discuss the plan and design, followed by a free written estimate that spells out what is and is not included.

Matt is on site every day of the project, communicates directly on progress and timelines, coordinates with any other vendors, cleans up daily, and finishes with a final walk-through.
